We can't believe it either. How has 10 years gone by since we first opened the doors at 1012 N Western?

We have many great memories, and some not so great moments (hello, pandemic). But through it all we are proud to have met so many wonderful people, from past and current employees, to our supportive and loyal customers - some new regulars we've just met, and some who have been coming since the beginning. We are thankful for each and every one we have had the pleasure of working with and serving over the last 10 years. And even more, we look forward to the growth we have yet to come.

Brian Ahern and Jamie Finnegan met in Miami circa 2009, while working together opening Daniel Boulud’s famed DB Bistro, in Miami’s downtown Brickell neighborhood.  Ahern and Finnegan immediately became friends, recognizing their shared passion for French-inspired culinary techniques, with a relentless focus on perfecting the customer dining experience.  The end result: a superior, sustainable selection of seasonal foods, a sought-after allocated wine list, and the perfect cocktail; all with genuine service in a boutique, relaxed environment. What has become known as Boeufhaus, #goboeufyourself and #yumyum.

We're so incredibly proud of what we have created and continue to build together with our amazing team, who we couldn't have gotten to 10 years without. Their hardwork and dedication to Boeufhaus is truly what has made us special and what we are celebrating. We hope you join us in celebrating the past 10 years; the future of Boeufhaus and Unlimited Hospitality Group. We have a lot of exciting news coming in 2025...
